I have a couple of updates for you. The rewrite of The War Within, Book 1 is complete, I'm just waiting on the editor now. I expect that it will be available within the next two weeks.
Also, I've been told that the new cover is almost complete. I'm extremely excited about it. Look for that to be revealed around 7/1.
Book 2 of The War Within is at the end of the first draft. I'm excited about that as well, not too much longer now. Okay, so authors around the country have been tasked with a 7-7-7 challenge. The challenge requires you to post 7 lines, from the 7th chapter, starting from the 7th line, in the book we are currently working on. So, here is a bit from book 2.
"Well, I don't have the time to sorry, breathe, and calm with her. I need to get to the doctor or I am going to lose it. In an instant, I am on my feet and speedily traveling towards his office. If his door had been any further down the hall, I would have broken out into a full on sprint. Once I reach the precipice of his doorway, my feet stall. I hesitate, I am not sure why, waiting for an invitation or just fearful of what he may say. I know that he is most likely angry..."
